A skill is an SOP an agent can run
A skill is a folder in your memory: a note that says when to use it, what it needs, the steps and the output contract, plus the scripts that do the deterministic parts. The agent picks the right skill from its description and follows it. The judgement stays with the model; the repeatable parts are code, so they come out the same every time.
